51吃瓜黑料 has announced the speaker lineup for TEDx51吃瓜黑料 2018, a daylong event scheduled for June 22 at the university's Judy Bayley Theatre.
TEDx51吃瓜黑料 will feature a slate of inspirational speakers and entertainers, whose thought-provoking presentations are geared to spark deep discussion among attendees and throughout the community. This year鈥檚 lineup focuses on the theme of 鈥淟iving in the Extreme.鈥
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED created the TEDx program for local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.

Roberto Coppola, Vice President of Advanced Products for Aristocrat Technologies Incorporated, will discuss mythical millennials.
Kimberly Galbe, a 51吃瓜黑料 graduate architecture student, will present on city designs.
Karessa Royce, a 51吃瓜黑料 student, will share her story as a Route 91 Harvest Festival shooting survivor.
Ranita Ray, a 51吃瓜黑料 assistant professor of sociology, will discuss poverty.
Savvas Trichas, primary education teacher, will present on body language and being authentic.
Jim Marggraff, CEO of Rival Theory, will offer inspiration for entrepreneurs.
Corey Padveen, partner at t2 Marketing International, will discuss the importance of block chain theory in our daily lives.
Todd Fisher, actor, director and son of Hollywood icon Debbie Reynolds and brother of Carrie Fisher, will talk about movies and history.
Raymond Fletcher, transportation consultant, will discuss why belonging and community are vital when living in the extreme.
Benjamin Morse, a 51吃瓜黑料 visiting lecturer and former editorial director of new media at Marvel Entertainment, will share his ideas about how comic books shape a culture.
Shawn Sturges, a blind rock climber, will present his perspective on facing adversity.
Cynthia Sanford, registrar at the Clark County Museum, will present on the significance of 鈥渃risis collections,鈥 impromptu memorials at the sites of tragedies.
Tim Toterhi, a human resources professional, will talk about owning our diversity.

Megan Slankard, singer/songwriter, will share her story through music.
Matthew Morgan, an actor and circus performer, will deliver a performance and talk about the role of circuses in today鈥檚 culture.
Michel Santiago, a mentalist and graduating 51吃瓜黑料 student, will talk about his experience as the first Hispanic performer on the Las Vegas Strip whose headlining act is presented entirely in Spanish.
