DPT Admission Information
Thank you for choosing the 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Doctor of Physical Therapy program to pursue your passion for helping others. Demand for physical therapists is growing rapidly, and the highly ranked Doctor of Physical Therapy program at 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ will prepare you to evaluate and treat diverse populations of patients. Students graduating with this degree will be entry-level physical therapists.
About the DPT Program
The Doctor of Physical Therapy degree is a three-year lock-step program. The program comprises intense academic and clinical work spread out over six semesters and three summers as well as 112 credit hours of graduate course work dividied among classroom, clinical, and research activities. The clinical education portion of the curriculum involves 35 weeks of experience in a variety of settings.
