RebelCard has a small inventory of activity readers that can be loaned out to faculty, staff, or student organizations. Readers can be used for attendance tracking, checking into events, as a point-of-sale to collect admission fees or sell items, and provide reporting after the event. Below are terms for borrowing the equipment:
- The fee for renting an activity reader is $50 per day. This includes the use of the reader and any reports requested after the event.
- The original requestor (contact) must present their RebelCard when the reader is picked up.
- Readers must be picked up during normal RebelCard business hours or special arrangements will need to be arranged.
- Groups must submit this form at least 7 days prior to the event.
-
If submitted less than 7 days before the event, we cannot guarantee that we can fulfill the request.
-
-
All equipment must be returned by end of business on the day selected to return equipment.
-
Fees and related processing fees for damaged or unreturned equipment will be billed to the department or student organization. Billing information (departmental program or grant fund) is required as part of the request process.
- Filling out this form does not guarantee we lend items for your event. Groups should have a backup plan.
- Responses for requests may take up to 48 hours.
