James Dold
James Dold, '06 BA Criminal Justice and '06 BA Psychology, has been chosen by the Board of Directors of Human Rights for Kids as CEO of the organization. He founded the organization in 2017 after nearly 10 years of advocating for children in need. Dold, who earned a law degree from the Univeristy of Maryland, previously served as advocacy director for the Campaign for the Fair Sentencing of Youth.
Maria Roncal
Maria Roncal, '11 BA Journalism and Media Studies, has been promoted to senior social media manager at Kenshoo, a software company for social media and search advertising. Notable clients include brands such as REI, The Honest Company, and tech disrupters such as San Francisco-based Stitch Fix and Bogota-based app Rappi. She became engaged to Brian Wuethrich during a trip to Santorini, Greece. They are planning a May wedding in Cancun, Mexico. The couple recently moved from San Francisco, where they met, to Los Angeles. Her hobbies include dancing in heels, CrossFit, and exploring Los Angeles’ food and culture scene

Whitney Cole, '18 BA Communication Studies, is pursuing a master's degree online. Her hobbies include basketball and writing.
Cecilia Heston
Cecilia Heston, '18 BA Journalism and Media Studies, began working as an associate producer at KVVU Fox5 following graduation. While at 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ, she worked with 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ-TV on productions and interned in Washington, D.C., with the senior deputy chairman of the National Endowment for the Arts. Previously, she worked at KSPS-PBS, TravelingMom, and WiredSafety where she had the opportunity to speak on Capitol Hill and participate in special projects with Disney, Google, and Microsoft at their respective headquarters. Shortly before graduating, she became the 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Alumni Association's youngest lifetime member. She lives in Henderson.
Ross Bennett
Ross Bennett, '15 BA Communication Studies, is a global account manager for the Microsoft Account Team within Cisco Systems. He is part of a team of seven account managers at Cisco who are responsible for advising Microsoft on their investment with Cisco Systems within Microsoft's business processes on a global scale. He lives in Seattle.
Tracy Skenandore
Tracy Moody Skenandore, '00 BA Communications, has been named director of corporate communications and public affairs for Kirvin Doak Communications. She has more than 20 years of public relations, marketing, and corporate communications experience in Southern Nevada and spent more than eight years as manager of corporate communications and public relations for Republic Services. Most recently, she directed the communications effort for the successful Coalition to Defeat Question 3. She is an inductee in the Women’s Chamber of Commerce Women’s Hall of Fame, recipient of the InBusiness Las Vegas Top 40 Under 40 Young Leaders Award and the Las Vegas Business Press Rising Stars of Business Award. She is married to Michael Skenandore, '96 BA Communications.
