Location
The Faculty and Staff Treatment (FAST) Center is located in the Student Wellness Center entrance on the first floor inside the Student Recreation and Wellness Center (RWC) building.
Regular Hours
The Student Wellness Center hours are:
- Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Friday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
*The FAST Center and Student Wellness Center pharmacy are closed 1-2 p.m. daily.
Closed for Holidays
The Student Wellness Center, Faculty and Staff Treatment (FAST) Center, Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Medical Records are closed during University-recognized holidays. Please refer to the 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Academic Calendar for holiday dates.
Appointments
Appointments may be scheduled by phone, in the clinic, or online via our for faculty/staff. Appointments for dependents of faculty/staff (5 years and older) may be made by phone. Same day appointments are often available. No appointments or walk-ins available during lunch hour 1 - 2 p.m. There is a small office visit fee to see a health care provider.

FAST Policies
- Arrive 30 minutes early to complete paperwork on your first visit.
- Patients must check-in online at the time of the visit. Visit the How to Check In page to learn more.
- Employees must bring their RebelCard.
- Dependents must bring a copy of the employee's RebelCard.
- Minors must be 5 years of age or older and must accompanied by parent or guardian AT EVERY VISIT
- Bring the practitioner's orders and your insurance card(s) for all laboratory appointments/blood draws (ages 12 and older)
